First some fans were ticked off about how the murder of Jaehaerys and how it played out because it was much different than the book meaning no blood was shown only really great sound effects which BTW were enough for me...anyway In the book the 2 Assassins (known as Blood & Cheese) enter Alicent's room and murder her handmaiden, they than wait in Alicent room because it was custom for Helaena to take the children to see their grandmother before putting them to bed every evening. Also Aegon and Helaena have 3 children. Maelor the youngest and the twins Jaehaerys and Jaehaera. Yes Blood & Cheese still make Helaena choose but not by holding a knife to her throat but rather by theatening to rapx her daughter Jaehaera to choose between Maelor and Jaehaerys. The end result was the same they killed Jaehaerys by decapitation. Horrific act to be sure. Isn't it amazing how different Rhaenyra's children act than Alicent', this is the second or third time this Series is making a point of it.... So that was Cregan Stark and I absolutely loved how his voice over in the opening scene with The Stark theme playing gave he chills because it sounded so much like Robb. I also liked how they showed the obviously (out dated tradition) of how the Starks use to choose a Stark Lad to join the Nights Watch. Did you think the Young Stark Lad that choose the black stone resembled Brandon Stark? Also you mentioned Cragen's ponytail ...did you notice the sword? Yes, its "Ice" Ned's Valyrian Steel Ancestral Sword. How did you like the opening credits? HBO Max just gave the Green Light for Season 3...

My theory is that the evil entity is convincing and suggesting the residents via hallucination. Why would Abby prevent Boyd from destroying the box? And she is twisting what "hope" means and discouraging him. Father Kathri figment told Boyd to be merciless and Tom figment told Jade to go underground.

The name of the episode is the same name of a book about a human raised by martians that return to earth after some time, I think this may be related to the show in some way to Elgin that somehow knew the city. Also is the name of one episode from Lost (The one about Jack's tattoos)

The way the girl nailed to the tree screamed after asking "Do you hear that?" reminded me of how Sara screamed when she heard things in the forest last season. Really strange.

I really enjoy Jade's relationship with parental figures - hes so stubborn but he really does care. Definitely one of my favorite characters

The boat at the end is really interesting to me. It has to have some sort of significance to the mystery, so I can't help but wonder if the boat has something to do with the soldiers we keep seeing. This show is absolutely wild!

Honestly, I think Victor is the best guy to be around in this situation. Even though he doesnt enjoy sharing his knowledge, he understands this place like nobody else. He may be off-putting to some people, but he really proved himself by saving Julie in this episode.

Just found your channel cuz you’re seriously one of the only channels that has done both seasons of From and I really don’t understand why bc it’s so good! I recommend it to everyone I can and I know it sucks it’s not on a more popular streaming service but hopefully more people will start watching it and I’m so happy I found your channel cuz you have so many other great shows and movies too I’m looking forward to watch! ❤️

So after the first time you referenced the Odyssey, I went back and watched some clips (I think the full series is on youtube). Apparently he wakes up in Season 3 and goes back and forth. I don't know how that works, but thats probably when it jumps the shark. The other thing I didn't realize about The Odyssey was that Ryan Reynolds is in it too. DEADPOOL is in The Odyssey. lol. I think the person in the wheelbarrow could be Tabitha or that guy Boyd shoots in the end of Season 2. I forget his name.

I think the beginning with Boyd and Jade wheeling out the body is after the fact of Boyd being captured by the monsters and freaking out trying to comfort whoever is screaming. Thanks for the shout out bro!

the web scene was actually drawn in victor's drawing if you look at the scene where ethan is tryna figure out the order of the drawings. The lighthouse might be there to direct you which direction you have to go. The transmission scene was very scary, maybe it is a clue that this is purgotory. Now that I have watched it here with you, there are 7 kids and 4 kids drawn red, 4 and 7 seems to be very significant. like book 74 episode and the radio had number 4 and 7 in the scene. second, Ethan can replace victor as a sole survivor since he is the only child and victor was the sole survivor in the town before these people. third, if you look closely the tent has shadows of tree branches pushing and pulling, also I saw a human like shadow dragging the tent (I might be wrong about this one but please humor me)

so yeah, this episode was well executed except we were not introduced with any lore. Remember, boyd's wife gave him a boat, we could here boat horns throughout this episode. Also, the boy in white we are keep seeing is wearing clothes that people usually wore on boats. Also, water seems to be very important, boat and water are connected. Maybe, the little guy is a sailor who brings people to their destinations. I don't know, I might be wrong but i think there is something with boats and water.
